Booking Fee
To book your wedding flowers;
- I ask for a £100 booking fee. This fee is non-refundable and covers all meetings, Admin fees, and of course secures your date. Once this has been received your wedding is booked with me. Prices and dates are secure unless stated otherwise.
- There is no minimum spend when booking wedding florals with me.
Quotation and Payment
A quotation for the cost of your wedding flowers will be sent to you after your free consultation. Quotes are valid for 14 days. You are free to make changes to your order up until 30 days before your wedding day. You will receive a final invoice approximately 1 month before your wedding day.
Amendments
Once your quote is accepted and the booking fee is paid, no alterations to the order which reduce the total amount to your booking initially agreed upon by more than 10% Can be made.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your booking, a requirement of at least six months must be given in writing, with a receipt of such notice. If it is within six months of your wedding date25% of the total invoice is payable on cancellation.
In the unlikely event that I have to cancel for unavoidable circumstances, for example in the event of fire, natural disaster, death, serious family illness or tragedy, all money paid by the client will be repaid. Flowerstyle is only responsible for refunding money’s paid and not anything to do with other costs incurred by the inconvenience. All reasonable efforts will be made to find a replacement florist option to be paid for by the client. If I have to take the decision to cancel due to slander, abusive conduct etc, all moneys paid are forfeited and there is no right to any refund.
There are no refunds for cancellations of individual items after the final balance has been paid, unless by agreement of both parties. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the wedding date may forfeit any refund if flowers have been ordered.
Availability of Flowers
We do not guarantee specific stem types. We will work with your wish lists and if available we will include your specified flowers/foliage’s. However if they are unavailable or of poor quality we will use suitable alternatives which match closest to your requirements. All fresh flowers are subject to availability and undergo stringent quality checks.
Use of Magnets
You may be asked if you would prefer magnets instead of pins to attach corsages/buttonholes onto clothes. Please ensure guests wearing these do not have a pacemaker fitted. A magnet may stop the pacemaker from working properly. Flowerstyle accept no responsibility for any resulting health issues which may arise from magnets, pacemakers or ICDs
Photographs
Flowerstyle reserve the right to take photographs of flowers and the setting prior to the event which may be used for promotional purposes.
Sole Floral Provider
If you book Flowerstyle to be your wedding florist we reserve the right to be sole floral provider and maker to the whole event unless agreed previously. This includes florals provided by any stylist you have employed and any home made florals.
Complaints
Any complaints must be made within 24 hours along with photographic evidence. No responsibility can be taken with regards to poor condition. Once flowers have been approved.
By paying the booking fee you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated above. Terms and conditions may be updated at any time. By agreeing to pay the booking fee you are agreeing to any changes that are made. These will always be minor changes to the wording only. Any major changes will be presented to you via email.
